Back on schedule, things just keep getting better and better. I started being worried by the amount of time, gained thanks to polyphasic sleep.

I just stumbled upon an interesting article concerning sleeping habits. It describes many peoples’ experience with polyphasic sleeping, as well as some NASA research in that matter.
Finally, some progress. I think that I’m slowly adjusting to my schedule. Let’s call it day 1 – from now I’ll keep the count.
After lots of efforts, I managed to go through the first 24 hours with correct sleep/wake up times, but I still have some sleep overload. I will try to force the strict Uberman schedule and see what happens
